Foreign nationals who purchase real estate worth at least $400,000 in Turkey are entitled to apply for Turkish citizenship for themselves and their family members.

1. 1A Turkish tax number is obtained and a bank account is opened
2. 2The price is paid via bank, currency is converted to lira and a Foreign Currency Purchase Certificate (DAB) is issued
3. 3A CMB (SPK) licensed company prepares the valuation report
4. 4The title deed is transferred with a 3-year no-sale annotation
5. 5A Certificate of Conformity is obtained from the Land Registry and residence permits are applied for
6. 6The citizenship application is filed with the Population and Citizenship Directorate and biometrics are taken
7. 7After review by the Ministry of Interior, citizenship is granted and ID cards and passports are issued
