Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Your personal data is processed by AYDOĞAN TURİZM TAAHHÜT TİCARET VE SANAYİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company") as the data controller. Address: Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye.

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: email address and, if you provide it, phone number
• Request details: the content of your message
• Website usage data: your IP address, browser and device information, where you came to our website from, the pages you visit and when, your clicks on the website (e.g. phone, WhatsApp and email links), and whether you started filling in and submitted the contact form. What you type into the form is not recorded unless you submit it. If you choose “Reject” in the cookie banner, your website usage data is not recorded.

We process your personal data only to:

• assess and respond to your request,
• provide the information you ask for about our developments and apartments, and arrange appointments,
• analyse how the website is used in order to improve our services and website and respond better to visitor requests,
• keep the website and the contact form secure and prevent misuse.

Your data is not used for marketing or advertising without your explicit consent.

Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means when you visit our website and fill in the contact form, and is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK:

• (c): it is directly related to steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract;
• (f): our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and analysing its use, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Our website and email service run on servers located outside Türkiye. The data you submit through the contact form is therefore processed and stored on the overseas servers of the hosting and email service providers we use, solely for the purpose of providing these technical services.

Apart from this, your personal data may only be shared with competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Website usage data is kept for 90 days and deleted automatically at the end of that period. Information you send through the contact form is kept for as long as your request requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation. After that, or upon your request, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if your personal data has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
• request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK,
• request that the actions taken under the two preceding items be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise these rights or to ask for your personal data to be deleted, simply send an email to iletisim@goldcityhotel.com.tr. So that we can verify your identity, please include your full name and the email address you used when filling in the form (and, if relevant, the date of your visit and your IP address).

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the response, and in any case within 60 days of your application.
